I understand that 14" dia wheels were part of the the HyperPak Valiants option list and used at Daytona in 1960. Where they a unique HyperPak-specific wheel, or just a 14" wheel from elsewhere in the Mopar range? Regards |

If indeed those cars used 14" wheels, it would've been the same 14" x 4½" wheels used on the Australian-market R-S-AP5-AP6-VC cars and optional in North America starting in either '64½ or '65

Seeing as how there really was no such thing as a factory HP Valiant, options would be a moot point. The HP kit was all over the counter stuff at the dealership. I have seen pictures of the complete setup and wheels were not included. |
