Dan, I feel your pain, but I can see the Vendors side of it, also. You should always check an order, when recieved, to make sure it is correct, and complete. What if you hadn't found the shortage for another year? Would you expect him to make good on it then?. He did make you an offer, which you rejected (items at cost). A Vendor has to draw the line, somewhere. |
