Post subject: EPWI cam specs?

Car Model: 1964 Valiant convertible 225 automatic

I bought an engine kit that included one of their cams. It has two part numbers: MC380 and CS380, but no spec sheet included. Does anyone have a catalog? It's supposed to be a stock grind, but I don't know what that means.

I've e-mailed them twice, and they said they would send me the information, but nothing yet.
