Where does the hose go that connects from the carb If im bypassing the valve? And where do I connect the hose to the carb from the distributor? Its a 1945 carb. |

I figured out my first queston, but still dont know where to connect the hose from the distributor to the carb. Im pretty sure I found it but not 100% sure. |

Here, I've just uploaded the Holley 1945 operation and rebuild manual (pdf). It's a Holley document that covers both the 1940 (with integral choke, not used on Chrysler products) and the 1945 (with remote choke, used on Chrysler products). You can see that the small vacuum spark advance nipple is right next to the large PCV nipple, at the right front corner of the base of the carb. Factory adjustment specs for your particular 1945 can be found in the factory service manual. |
