The parts list in the "Articles" section. Is that the best quality manufacturer? (I'm assuming yes).

Also, and I know this a lot to ask, but is there a "Best, cheapest" vendor cross reference list?

I'm a cheapy (and obviously too lazy to do all that leg work myself, though I usually do it part by part as needed).

The parts list is a simple list of part names, known part numbers and supplier(s).
As is usually the case, the list is for reference only and the buyer needs to do some legwork to find the best deal.

No. It's a list of parts that were available and known to somebody (anybody) at the time of database entry. There is no systematic rating or indication of quality or suitability.
