Hi all,

I finished the latest installment of the SSRN, and its now posted on our new website: http://slantsix.org/ssrn . Its available currently in .pdf, but will be available as HTML soon. I also made the text searchable this time, so you can find specific words, phrases, etc.

If you find this useful, please help support the efforts of Seymour and everyone by subscribing to the SSRN.

MJ

Thanks MJ!! You ROCK!!

I renewed my subscription and started subscriptions for a couple friends.

I know your efforts to post SSRN here are much appreciated by Seymour. He wrote to me the other day and sounded pretty burned out in his letter.

Having it posted here will give it quite a bit more circulation...

Anyone reading SSRN here on the forum should consider sending Seymour a quick note to let him know you saw it here and appreciate it.

A quick word of thanks goes a LOOOONG way.

Thanks!

Thanks Rob, its taken a few tries with some different pieces of software to make this happen, but I think the results will be worth it. I hope to work on some back issues and other stuff when I have a chance. I need to get together with Doug and borrow some from him now that I have figured out a good way to do this. The time consuming part is the color pictures, otherwise I could knock it out pretty fast.

Seymour writes all the text electronically, but uses physical pictures and pastes them in. If he moves to digital pictures in the future, I'd be set ;) But I don't think that's likely at this point.

Ah well, glad to hear it is appreciated.

MJ

Good work MJ.
Everyone needs to be thankful about all the work the "volunteers" do to bring us this info., it takes time and in some cases, money also.

Here is Seymour's contact info.
As Rob stated, a short note of thanks goes a long way with Seymour so drop him a line.

Seymour mentioned in his latest letter that him composing SSRN digitally is unlikely because he doesn't want to become that dependent on technology. I understand where he's coming from. I just hope we can collectively keep SSRN going and support Seymour however possible.

I have found it very difficult to catch him on the phone. It's usually busy. Once in a great while I am able to leave a message.

Post Card: .30 cents
Post Card Stamp: .28 cents
Seymour's Enthusiasm: Priceless! :D

Yes, I don't see him going digital anytime soon. Right now its just plain old text, tape and graphics. I've got it down now so its not too time consuming as long as that sheet-fed scanner stays happy!

I'll keep working on this end.
