what is the difference between an 1157, and a 2057 ??

1157 gives 32 candlepower in "bright" mode, 3 candlepower in "dim" mode.

2057 gives 32 candlepower in "bright" mode, 2 candlepower in "dim" mode.

P3496 gives 43 candlepower in "bright" mode, 3.5 candlepower in "dim" mode, see here and here .
