Okay, bear with the new guy...

I am curious about s/s trannies, specifically the 4-speed OD units.

Iam new to Mopar and s/s so I need the basic info, like what the tranny is called! I know silly huh?

If someone could post a beginners tutorial about Mopar 4-speeds and their relationships to s/s I would be greatly appreciative.

A833 is about all I know as of now...

The trannies aren't specific to just slant sixes when it comes to 'standards'... just the bellhousings and flywheels... the New Process A833 is still the same as the A-833OD, just a few changes in bearings, gearing (gear placement), and bearing retainer size...
