Will the steering box from a non power assist '72 Charger fit into my '74 Dart? Dart is now power and I want non power if I can use the parts I've got.

I don't know about the interchange with the Charger. I do know that the manual and power columns are different though. I think there is an adapter available but I'm not sure.

That's the right box, but may be the wrong pitman arm. Look up the Charger and Dart manual pitman arms and see if they are the same. Firm Feel has the adapter if you can't find the longer steering column.
