The rubber bushings (A arm, etc.) in the right front of my '73 Dart, which were installed maybe half a year ago, look to be in good shape. But they squeak a lot! Just pressing slightly down on the fender will cause the squeak! Is there anything (rubber safe) that I can spray on them to quiet them up a bit? Or could it be ball joints? The strut bushings are good. Thanks! ________ buy easy vape vaporizer |

Were they replaced with rubber or polyurethane bushings? Poly is notorious for squeaking, rubber not so much. When I worked in the tire business we used a rubber lube called Ruglyde and just squirted it on the bushings but it never lasted long. As soon as the lubricant dried out again the squeak would often come back. |

If, during installation, the lower control arm pivot nuts weren't torqued to spec with the car on the ground, they could be binding, and may even need to be replaced again. |

They are rubber. The nuts are tight, but I don't know if they are torqued to spec. Anyone know the torque value? Thanks! ________ vaporizers |
