7" is a little wide for a 195 tire

Also 195 75 or 195 70?

0 offset on a 7" rim is 4" backspacing

Don't know if that will clear the tie-rods with a 14" (it will with a 15"), and definitely won't with a 13"

14" stock rims were 4.5 5.5 or 6.0 wide.

alright, sittin here wit tape measure on old rim that worked.
top to bottom bout 15" so thats a 14" bead
goin for width - outer edge to outer edge is 7" inside edge to inside is about 6"
shoulda paid more attention in suspension classs ha!

So you need 14x6

with 0 offset you'd get 3.5" backspacing which is perfect........
