Hey All,

Getting ready to replace the stock springs on "Frosty", my 73 dart daily driver. Frosty is listing hard to the port, and sagging like a high-schooler's pants.

I wouldn't mind an inch or two over stock ride height. Just a stock /6 under the hood. Just a mild driver car, but I'd like to get some better handling. It sucks right now.

Called John R. Spring, and got a price of $115 for a set of five leaf replacements, with bushings in 'em. I was REALLY unimpressed with their customer service. BAAAAD Anyone ever deal with 'em? Ever get these 5 leaf replacements?

Any other companies or vendors you all can recommend for my needs?

Thanks everyone,

Chris E.

I used the 6 leaf "Hi-Lift" set from JC Whitney on my '68 Dart.

Very pleased with them.

You may want to flip the front hangers upside down to lower it just a touch with these springs.

I also highly recommend ESPO. "heavy duty" 6 leaf springs are great, just be sure to put on some good shocks while you are at it. I REALLY like the Edelbrock IAS shocks.
