That's a cheap piston ring expander. Even Kragen has them.

Is there an easy way to remove the old piston rings from the pistons, without messing the piston up? I want to change the rings so I can get to putting the motor back together. I have the Erson cam in, and I want to get everything else together to put the motor back in. Thanks, Wylde Bill |

I got a Lisle version of that for $14, it paid for itself when assembling BV's engine... it'll be invaluable when I do the next mill...-D.Idiot |
