That's just a late A-body brake setup. That price makes me very glad I bought a disc brake parts car for $200. |

It looks as if this is the same conversion that is spoken of frequently on this site! ('73+ UCA and Knuckle onto a drum brake car) That's a lot of dough just to have somebody else do the legwork for you! Find a parts car, and a suspension rebuild kit. you'll be on your way! |

I have 19 4 wheeled vehicles in my yard. Half run, half parts and junk. I quit caring what the neighbors think long ago. Oh, and 3 motorcycles, 1 which is in the house in the front hallway. Really all you need to find used is spindles and caliper brackets, upper control arms if you want to stay stock. Tubular UCA's are available new. Everything else you can buy at any auto parts store. Even with shipping spindles across the country if you had to, and buying the tubular UCA's, you would still probably be ahead of the game. TopHat |

I don't have that many; just 11 in the yard at any given time. Don't know what the neighbors think but my wife sure gives me hell I keep telling her I', working on thinning some of the stuff out - well the 79 Aspen will be going to the crusher maybe next week

I have a few that are slated to go to the crusher soon too. The wife gave up on complaining a long time ago since half of them are "technically" hers. TopHat |

Please, guys, DO NOT send any cars to the crusher that are fairly straight/rust free, still have usable parts that might do somebody some good even if you have to Ebay/Craigslist them to get them gone; that is, unless they are Toyotas, Hondas, etc. In that case crush away! Hey 65 dartman; anything usable on that Aspen? Looking for sway bar and mounts, 8-1/4 rear end mount plates, dash pad, console, for starters. |

Believe me when I say that very little "usable" stuff is left on the cars I crush. Are you looking for a front sway bar Don? I may have one on the front of a 77 Volare that is going soon. The only things left of the car is the front clip. The whole interior is gone, and it is a 7-1/4. Spindles are gone (on my Dart) no salvageable sheet metal at all, no glass. It is a 4dr car if that matters. Also have an 85 5th ave going, and some Dodge Shadows if anyone needs EEK parts. TopHat |

Hey, Tophat, no on the front swaybar, I don't remember too many that came without a front swaybar; I have at least a couple of those; What I am after is the sway bar from the OTHER end of the car. Thanks for asking though. |

Bumpers w/guards, rear glass with defroster grid (works), trunk lid, hood might be OK, driver's fender, pass fender with dent, driver's door, think it's an 8 & 1/4 (looks like the rear under our Dakota) and nice running slant/904 with complete super six (prefer not to separate SS from motor/trans). No rear sway bar or console. Dash pad is junk. Will be pulling motor and trans this weekend and then the car is going bye-bye.
