I think Mike jeffries Has run Gears like that at one time or another in one of his cars..

I was running my 209 "low block" with a roller cam at the time, that engine combo would rev to 7500 RPM with-out missing a beat.

It was off the power going accross the finish line with the 5.38s and would have ETed better with 5.13s... but I did not have 5.13s at that time. :roll:
