I have read alot of threads about taking the front leaf hangars and flipping them upsidedown and left to right to get a 2 inch drop but when i took mine out they were identical and the bolts are spaced differently top to bottom so you cant bolt them in upsidedown. does this work for only certain years or did i miss something.

You missed grinding out the holes in the body so the upside down hanger will fit.
