7"dia balancer.

3.141592 (pi) X 7 = 21.9911.....

21.9911... / 360 = .0610....

.0610 X 10 = .610..... about ( not quite) 5/8"

So every 10 degrees advance/retard would be about (not quite) 5/8" around the circumference of the balancer.

True? False?

The difference between .61 and .625 will add up.......

at 40 degrees you're 1 degree off.

By the time you go all the away around you're 9 degrees off, or just about 1 10 degree increment....
