I found the alum one & a speedo cable from a parted '66 val & both ends fit. Life is good. it's not what you know it's WHO you know . Thanks guys. now I can find out my mpg

80's 904 in a '65 dart. The threads on the speedo cable are slightly different than the threads on the speedo head under the dash. How do I mate them? Thank you for your time. RR |

The speedo cable needed for this swap is a '66-'67 item. ATP #Y803. You can get it at www.rockauto.com if you can't find it locally. |

Does the 904 have the plastic or die cast alum. speedo gear holder, down at the tranny? Use a 1966 A-Body cable assembly, with the die cast speedo gear holder and all will be good. DD |
