Post subject: | yes....another pertronix question |
So I hooked up the pertronix and its getting spark to the coil wire but no start. I figure it could be 1. the cap or 2. the pertronix module, anybody have this happen? suggestions? new cap is the first step but i think it might be the module. it cought once and sounded like it fired one cylinder but thats it, kinda lost here, any help would be appreciated, |

When you put a pertronix in, you have to reset the timing as it changes a bit from the stock points....... |

Don't guess...check with a timing light. Usually they'll flash well enough to get you in the ballpark, even just while cranking on the starter. |
