What do you guys think of this scheme? Most of the engine is done, I just have to assemble it. Comments are welcome-both good and bad!

It either looks like a John Deere manifold (more power for them hay threshers)... Or you have a University of Oregon manifold (Go Ducks!)...


Looks like it will be a standout scheme and should look good.

It's even got the yellow "O" on the green background; definitely a U of O theme whether intended as such or not.

Another comment,no matter what color we choose,what we see here is a "MoPar Menorah" :wink: I'm thinking Kosher Hemi Orange for my Clifford next go around 8) The green looks good.

The idea was for it to look John Deere-ish. I like the green and yellow together and it's not a very common scheme outside of the tractor world. No ties to U of O, but from the sounds of it, it looks pretty close.
I'll post more pictures of the motor as it comes together.

Hmmm....Problem is that I have no idea what color I want to paint my /6 ...grabber green,hemi orange,yellow,red, ??? :?: :shock: Purple? Cat yellow? A friend did his in cummins beige and it looked pretty good :shock:

I think Wjajr's got a good idea. Do it up all floral, then start taking the car around to shows and talking up the ultra rare "Mod Motor" option, which was a little-known third element to the Mod Top/Mod Interior package...
