Has anyone actually installed one of the Erson .510 lift cams? I talked to Tom at Erson about doing a regrind on one of my used cams and was looking at that camshaft grind. Just wondering how it worked. Oh, by the way; Tom was great on the phone and very helpful. The cost for any grind I want, even a custom grind is $75 on my core. Rick |

Thanks for the data point on custom cam griding. I can get just about anything I want on my core from Oregon Cam Grinding for $70 plus tax. I have a long sheet of mechanical cam grinds they offer. I should scan and post the sheet. Of course you can mix and match from the different grinds they offer to get a longer intake duration and custom lobe centers. I'm pretty sure Oregon can also duplicate most any cam you take them too. |

OK, the sheet is at home and I'm at work so I'll have to post it later. I'll send myself a reminder. |
