Just wondering. .0100 off could cause accelerated valve guide wear? Stock cam? Stock poooosh rodz? :lol:

Nope. Rocker to valve geometry is unchanged when the head is milled. You might have trouble at the pushrod end of the rocker though. If the adjusters hold their setting and wear isn't a problem then you should be fine.
