Hey Guys, thanks for all the discussions. I check out this site all the time. I was kinda wonderin, are replacement jets and metering rods available for the bbs? Where can I find them? Has anyone tuned the 625 carter AFB with the "strip kit" howed it work out? thanks, Ben

Check with a company called The Carburetor Shop. They are located in Eldon, Missouri. Their phone number is 573-392 7378. John Hargrove is the owner and he purchased a lot of carburtors and parts from Carter back in the 70's and 80's. He can also manufacture the metering rods and jets if he doesn't have what you need. If enough people got together and figure out what sizes they need, he might be able to put a strip kit together for the bbd.
