I noticed that on the Schumacher website it said up to 5 wiper seal kits cost $5 for S&H. They charged me $10 for S&H on two kits, so I inquired why and pointed out that that was lunch money. They replied, "fuel, postal rates, etc." But later sent me back the $5.

Score. I'm off to Caesar's Pizza.

Never had any trouble with Schumacher. Good quality parts and once gave me a discount on a group buy I set up with my old car club. Sounds like they just messed up. Glad they took care of you!
