your carb is pretty big. I run a 450cfm holley. it was jetted on a sniffer to make sure it performed its best. I run the offy intake and dutra duals. cant help with the kickdown as I have a manual trans

Yes a 650 Seems a bit on the big side.. But what Can really determine the carb size is whta is doen in the motor.. Head work larger valves compression ratios etc.. many folks have found success on a non boosted engine with 350 -500 Cfm Carbs tuned to their exact needs. Maybe you can share some other engine details with us too.

I also run a stick so I am not of much help with your lokar.

Good luck,Greg

The lokar instrcutions are pretty clear... remove all stock linkage...
look at the drawing on the sheet, one end will bolt through the kickdown arm, remove a lower rear tranny tailshaft bolt, use it to bolt the little keeper tab into place, run cable up to carburator, locate a spot 1-2" in sweep under the carb primary shaft, hook tab to best carb stud available (you may need to fab some linkage attaching points if none available...)

Good Luck,

-D.idiot
