The outlet off the sending unit is for the fuel line, there should be a second outlet above it, at the top of the tank which is for the vapor return line leading to the charcoal canister.

I've got a 72 Gold Duster that I have been working on. The gas tank has been removed, cleaned, and put back in, and the sending unit has been replaced. I know that there is a fuel line for the carb, and a fuel line for the carbon canister. There is only one line, however, coming from the tank's sending unit. (I know that I should have labeled everything before I took it off, but I didn't) If anyone knows how to hook this back together right, please let me know how!
