Remove the manifolds from the engine and and unbolt them from each other. |

Get one of the Australian or Remflex gaskets, they seal way better than the stamped steel gasket. |

HERE is the slant six manifold installation article. Here are a couple of good threads about gaskets: http://tinyurl.com/6lqjcs http://tinyurl.com/68wgku You may also want brass nuts - Dorman Part # 680-001 or 849-001 (same nut, sold to stores in different packages) And new studs (Grade-eight) - Dorman Part # 675-093 And new castellated nuts for the end studs Part #AN310-5 (5/16-24) at this website Danny |
