my 225 dart runs ok when at idle, but as soon as i put it in gear it shakes like crazy. anyone have any ideas?

Vacuum leak that isn't noticeable at idle but appears under load? Ditto but a missing cylinder? |

I did that the other day after checking plugs. Left one un-hooked and hanging down. It idled reasonably smooth until I put it in gear. |
