Hey All, I remember reading a tech article about fixing the dimmer function on the headlight switch. I checked the article section here on /6.org, and no luck. I can't remember where the heck I found the article !!! I have to pull my instrument panel to fix other things and would really like to get the dimmer working. If this article rings a bell to anyone I'd really appreciated it! Thanks, CE |

Replace the switch. If the dash light rheostat is dead or dying, the rest of the switch isn't far behind. |

I found this at O'Reilly for a 63 Valiant for $19.99. Does this look about right for those who have seen them? I haven't pulled mine down yet but it needs replaced. link |
