I see them on ebay fairly often; other than that, it's junkyard or another owner. Someone recently was talking about trying to get them reproduced but I don't believe it went anywhere.

The triangle washers are still available from Dodge/Chrysler dealership, part # 3751 636.

Everything else you'll have to scrounge or make.
