Post subject:  turn signal, back-up light, and brake light trouble...

hi everybody, i have a '70 duster and when i bought it, it didn't have a turn signal lever(found it in the glove box)and there were no backup, or brake lights. any suggestions? looks like the last owner tried to re-wire some parts of the car. looking for an simple solution from the experts...
HELP! can't get her on the road w/o these lights.

Check the directional light switch if you find the rest of the wiring in those circuits operational. That puppy can cause all kinds of strange light displays involving the brakes, 4-ways, and directionals. You will need to pull the steering wheel to access this device.
