hi CJ: Great..it looks like with the addition of Linda, we will have another "Killer Bee gal"...Now we just need to get her brother involved with a slant6 car. What are you going to build over the winter? It sounds like a full "dedicated" slant6 race car? More info needed here or posted on the killer bee website...take care, Wayne |

I moved and renamed this topic to cut down on confusion! Linda will start out trying her hand at Inliner. It'll be when she feels ready for it. The new car isn't even on the drawing board yet. We've got a long way to go before I strike the first arc. When I get a solid plan, I'll let you know! CJ |

The plan was to put the engine in the Dart. Kindof on hold here for a bit. You might have noticed there is a large company that will go un-named that is starting a massive layoff. We are holding our breath, noses just protruding from the water. Linda and I were going to buy a new commuter car for me in a couple of months. Instead we used that money to get all our debts paid off. Not counting the house loan, we're flush. As long as things go well, we'll be able to save up another egg large enough to buy something new in a couple of years. My current commuter should be good for another five years, but then the miles will be enormous. We'll see. I may be racing the Hooptie for a bit longer. Fortunately I have a couple of transmissions and engines to choose from for the Dart. What would you think of a 170-ish Dart GT? CJ |
