i ordered my adapter part from them on last friday, and we told them we wanted it shiped asap, even overnight. and we where happy to cover the extra shipping. after a week of the run a round,finally they said they shipped the part via standard mail on monday ... but there closed on monday ( WTF!
) we told them we needed it now. it's friday and i have no part, the swap is sunday. and what about our request for 2 day express or overnight shipping? it better show today or tomorrow or i am gonna have a stroke!
and then i will have to wait another week to do the swap and i will miss the race in redding!
i have always had great service in the past with them and almost bought a project car they had. but this time the service was completly un-acceptable. plus we are a auto repair shop / commerical customer and our normal venders get us stuff asap.
two thumbs down on my recent transaction with them.
we where also told many time we would get a call back .... and we got no calls back.
