I just got back from test and tune at milan with my truck. Its the second time out, back in august I ran a 14.9@95 mph with 10psi. well today improved some it ran a best of 13.5@103 mph with 18psi of boost all while weighing 3700# out of fuel.but it would smoke the tires in first if I loaded the turbo, plus I ran out of rpms at 1000' mark. so there is some left if I install bigger tires for traction and top speed It was fun beating a 14second saturn with a rusted out old farm truck and seeing the look on his face did I mension the tech guy didn't even look at it he said " i'm not to worryed it dosn't look like it will light the world on fire".whatever that means my setup is a hx35 turbo, megasqurt, dis ignition, intercooled e85 fueled, with a 904 ,and 3.55 gear stock 150,000 mi motor with the acception of a custom turbo cam and valve springs every thing else is custom built this is meant to be a low buck truck . well Ill let you know if i get more out of it or if i take it to the dyno

Mine started out low-buck also but it never ends that way. Goodluck, sounds like your doing something right.

I can't seem to get pictures on here so when I figure it out ill show you. here are some details though I welded bungs at a sevear angle to hit the valves ,the throttle body is slightly modified 90s caravan 3.3l the turbo header is custom the ignision is a GM 3800 dis with a modified GM trigger wheel which i may change to a ford dis because of GMs many electonics problems and I think its causing a miss at 4800-5000 rpms that comes and goes since ive installed it. the intercooler is bigger than my raidiator and ive installed a exra 4 40ilb injectors on a tube above the throttle body.my 50 ilbs. werent keeping up with boost. the fuel pumps are 2 255lph walbro's mounted externaly. Im going to install 3 in tank when I finish the hanger and 95 ilb. injectors with twin hx35s and a custom sheet metal intake

Why not get a single pump like an aeromotive?

Post subject:

I may go with a single pump but I already have 2 walbros and I can get another for 80$

I'm surprised the 2 can't handle the job. It seems to me I've seen Turbo 2.2 guys using one pump and some are making over 400rwhp.

So I went to test and tune last night, If I get it any faster I'll have to cage my truck.Oh well should have 11.5s in it if I can get rid of the miss.It even lifted a tire.don't want to cage it because It will lose the sleeper look.I have somone editing the video so I'll post it soon.
