I have a lean burn /6 that I will be converted to Electronic Ign. The stock distributor isn't adjustable but I did put a timing light on it but I don't know what the marks mean. I get a little advance at idle and it goes off the chart at light throttle and then goes to zero advance with a heavier foot. Weird. It runs well except for off idle transition hesitation and lack of power when the advance goes away. I've done a search but haven't found anything describing the timing units associated with the marks. ________ CR480 |

To go from lean burn to regular EI you will need to get another distributor(EI). SSDan has a source for these with a good curve all ready to go in. Then you will need to go HEI or Mopar control module with an assoc. Harness. It a fairly easy conversion. Frank |

I'm able to make out 20 near the left most end and there is a 10 and a 0 near the pickup mount. I may be getting more like 35 right off idle. I'me trying to exhaust my local options for a dissy right now. ________ hemp marijuana |
