I am new to this website. I have a 63 Dart Gt Convertable. I am looking to do some things to my 225 to make it more peppy. What should I do to it? I want a nice sounding cam. |

a properly adjusted kickdown linkage will work wonders. I finally got around to adjusting mine today. It's amazing how much sportier my car is now. To put my foot down and having the car downshift is nice. |

It depends on your goals and budget - this could mean anything from a mild cam and bolt ons, to something crazy involving a custom fabricated turbo installation. How much time and money are you looking to put into this? Will it be used primarily on the street, for drag racing, or...? |

If you want it to sound great, then do some exhaust work, that should get your sound. Flowmaster 40 or Super 40 muffles seems to be a fav for sound, some say close to a V8 sound. I think most go for a 2 1/4" - 2 1/2" Exhaust with a crossover, like an x-pipe or an h-pipe. |
