That makes it more important than ever to get your glass through an official distribution channel for one of the major, established name brands, because a lot of counterfeit parts come out of China and this particular one is a life-safety issue.There's also a fair amount of glass being made in South Africa, if I'm not mistaken (DK?), and I would generally not have a problem accepting it as long as the particular piece in question is of good quality.
