How tight is your budget? There is no sense in doing anything dual if you're going to keep the single-outlet stock exhaust manifolds. If your budget will cover it (plus the necessary pipework), get Dutra Duals. |

a 2 1/4" single is good enough for any non race build, and cheaper too .. |

1987 should already have the 2 1/4" pipe... which is there to make up for that nasty late model setup where they used a small cat. convertor to hook to the AIR, then a few feet down they used the standard Cat. convertor to make sure that a) it passed emissions... then b) strangled the $^%&^ out of it... Check your local laws... if no inspection/smog check just getting the old original cats out of there will help loads... if you have to smog... finding a nice cat-back with a larger input/output pipe size and using a suitable pipe setup will help keep you in check, and keep your power up.... (make sure tune up and carb are in good shape...) -D.Idiot |

Heres my exhaust that was around $100 for parts and labor. Its 2.5" piping with a single cherry bomb. the cherry bomb is only $20. asuming this is the sound you want?---> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bUcZCHH7Trc Just an idea for you |
