I finally found the catalog I was looking for. When I bought my fiberglass hood and front fenders is was from U.S. Body Source. Their address is :

They have the hoods in light weight for racing and heavy duty for street cars. I bought race weight. Hood part number CUH-01 and the front fenders were CUF-1 Back when I purchased these parts the hood was $179 and the fenders were $189 each. I live in Washington so their was some serious freight charges also. I bought these in 1993 hope they are still in business.

Dave......what did you think of the quality and service? I'm thinking of putting a '68 dart on a severe diet, and am doing some window shopping and research at this time.

I thought that the hood fit was pretty good. The fenders took more work to get all the gaps and edges the same. When I got done it looked just like stock front end.
