Post subject:  Hydrogen/Diesel Conversions? II

Just a note. I heard second hand my friend with the hydrogen generator on his '06 Cummins pulled his commercially bought and designed unit. It kept blowing fuses. He is going to get his money back.

Will call him tomorrow on my way to work.

It did give him consistent 2-2.5mpg. Really clean oil. Running dino oil pulling over the road. Better idling.

The generator had to be refilled every 150 miles or so. Bad design!

If you run LED bulbs on the truck and trailer you can offset the current draw of the gererator.

And working at Lowes, I talked to a customer that is building these units in my area.

He is currently working on home units that can power whole houshoulds! People might be able to go off grid?

I guess it's time to search the net of how to build your own.

Time for some "slantexperimentation!"

Now where is that turbo book?

...until you get hit, at which point the body shop and medical bills very quickly and massively overbalance the "savings" from the LED bulbs and the pretend hydrogen generator. "LED bulbs" do not work safely or effectively.

...and don't use 'em because you think it's your get-outta-jail-free card to compensate for the energy a magical (not) hydrogen generator gadget consumes.

You will always, always, always get less energy out than you put in. Period. That is how this universe works. Your friend thinks he sees an economy improvement on his truck because he's only looking at part of the system. It's tunnel vision, and it results from a really strong desire to have beautiful fairy tales override ugly reality.

It's sort of like "Look, honey, cigarettes were 50% off down at Wal-Mart, so I bought a whole pallet of 'em!" «Um...but nobody in this household smokes.» "Yeah, but who cares? LOOK HOW MUCH MONEY I SAVED!!!"

I hate led lights in winter... they are just covered with snow, and disappear...
It is kinda nice to not change a bulb every time you stop in summer, but...
