ok, so i started hearing a rattling noise and i narrowed it down to my clutch?????? it sounds like some rocks in a soda can being shaken. when i push the clutch pedal in even a tad the noise goes away. the clutch still shifts fine and what not but whats that noise??? is something loose? is that a sign that the clutch is going bad? if its just something loose how do i tighten it?

The pressure plate "fingers may-be slightly hitting the throw-out bearing.
Give the adjuster a little more free play and see if the noise goes away.
