: it is just inset inside the base and needs a
: 1/8" or 3/32" allen wrench. Look
: at the carb base from the right rear corner,
: It is part 16 on the attached diagram,
: except for the slotted head. Part 15 is the
: anti-tamper cap, which was probably removed
: at the first tuneup to allow tampering.

: engine is serviced regularly (replace PCV
: valve, clean hoses, breather cap, carb
: passages) and I still replace my air filter
: every 8K miles because it gets sooty. Blowby
