Hi Gang, This weekend I plan on putting in a new Mopar Pefromance electronic ignition kit in my 66 Dart /6 225. I think I have all the wiring issues figured out but don't know exactly what the proper proceedure is for replacing a distributor. Is it as simple as just unbolting the old one and putting in the new one or is it much more complicated than that. Tom p.s. I'd like to thank everyone for all of their help lately. kimpelt@pdx.edu |

Installing the distributor is fairly staightforward.Remove the cap and turn the crank until the rotor points directly at the block.Remove the old distibutor,and install the new one with its rotor pointed at the same place. clark1124@aol.com |
