I am building a 225 turbo and plan on using an EFI. Soon I'll be heading to the junk yard. What will I need to look for and what would I need to remove to use on my /6.

Start with educating yourself. There are many posts in the forum that will be of help, but I suggest you learn how EFI operates and familiarize yourself with EFI's hardware, electrical and plumbing needs. There are many books available. Try Amazon or the library. Once you know how it works and how the systems are built you'll know what parts you need.

This is an approach I haven't heard of yet, but. While wandering around our local U-Pull-It my brother and I found a mid 70s Volvo 164 with fuel injection. Looks like a stand alone system, that might be very easy to transfer to a slant six.
Still some follow up to do on this idea, going to find a repair manual for the Volvo and check the wire charts. But the air horn looks perfect for an easy mount to a slant six manifold.

Honestly, I think the best EFI system for you to get wouldn't come from a junkyard. If you were building a non-turbe slant, then i would recommend the batch-fired EFI that came on GM 3.8 Buicks and Oldsmobiles in the mid 80s. These are triggered by the HEI unit and would be a "bolt-on" system, provided you used a lean burn sdistributor, drilled the injector bungs into the intake, fabricated a fuel rail, etc... But the actual electronics of it all woul be fairly simple to adapt.

If you are building a turbo system you would need an aftermaket EFI system that is fully programmable by you to meet the nees of your particular engine build. Megasquirt is a popular one, but there are others. I know a couple guys on the board are running other systems, they can probably give you better advice.

The short answer is that there isn't going to be a junkyard EFI system for a turbo slant.

I used an efi from a 89 buick 3.8 with mass air sensor and it worked well with my turbo setup but 14psi was the limit.the mass air makes compensation for boost by reading the air volume.
I did fine tuneing with an adjustible fuel pressure regulator
