After finding out that Mopar made a reusable tranny pan gasket (Thanks Guys), I went out and got one. I'm a little confused because its a thick piece of plastic . It looks like a gasket but it's plastic. Will that seal? It just looks like I should put some spooge on it to help it work.
Thanks.
Joe

Don't goop it with anything. It looks like plain ol' plastic on casual glance, but it's actually an elastomer material that seals well when torqued properly.

Is there a special torque for this or is it the standard tranny pan specs???

Thanks.
