450 lbs is with everything, including cast iron manifolds.
You can get 25 lbs off that number by using an aluminum intake, t-cover, oil pump housing, etc.

I figured "wet" included everything out as pulled out of the car. I also assume it was full of oil?

Yes, "wet" is with the oil and filter.

A small block weighs about 50 lbs more than a 225. Aluminum heads on a small block would get the small block down to stock 225 weight.

When I put an iron manifolded 318 in place of the blown up 225 in my road racer the car gained 80 lbs. The differences were the 225 had an aluminum intake and bellhousing while the 318 was all iron. The flywheel was the same size, clutch was the same, same A833, carb, etc.

A small block Edelbrock Performer is 26 lbs less that a 318 iron 2 bbl EGR intake. I took 99 lbs off the nose of my '74 Satellite by doing the manifold swap and removing the under-hood AC parts.

You'd be losing too much power to make the weight worth saving in my opinion.
