On a '74 Valiant or Duster, could someone please tell me the color of wire #1 on the instrument cluster connector (the big bloack barrel connector)?

'twould be much appreciated. I'd look myself, but I'm still on the other side of the globe from my car.

Hey how are you doing the wire color that your are looking for is RED if you are looking for a complete wiring diagram go to mymopar.com click on tools/ reference then on wiring diagrams. I have been studying these diagrams all weekend I am in the process of installing an American auto wire kit on my 56 Dodge. Good luck with your project and I hope this in formation helps. Jim

Those are actually the diagrams I've been using. That was the only one on the connector that wasn't clearly labeled on the '74 Valiant diagram though. I'm trying to draw up a schematic for yet another hair-brained scheme of mine, and just wanted to get the correct color for the sake of accuracy. Thanks a bunch.
