I get a lot of glare off the windshield in my Dart. Anyone have a fix for this?

Inside or outside? It might be as simple as cleaning the inside of the glass.

Keeping everything clean helps. I once painted the dash satin black which helped a lot. You could also make a dash mat of carpet. An upholstery shop should be able to bind the edges for a neat appearance.

The only real glare problem I've had was from the shiny wiper arms. I solved that by scuffing the offending surfaces only, masking, and painting flat black. Cheap and effective.
Good quality polarized sunglasses help take the edge off the glare.
If reflections from your windshield bother others, there's not much you can do.

I like Maui Jim myself. Paid $300 for 'em, but worth every cent. Best polarization technology among the major manufacturers.

For the windshield, I say hit the outside with a sponge and Bon Ami (DON'T USE COMET!!! It's got bleach in it) next time the car is washed (gets off any road grime and gunk that's built up), then after everything's been dried, clean it inside and out with Invisible Glass. You've gotta do it twice for best results, but the stuff works outstanding.
