G'day & greetings to all from down under, for those that know us @ GPRS or have bought some of our Slanty gaskets will know we like to look after our fellow mopar owners & bring you the best products we can obtain / make as such our latest release of made in house fibreglass kick panel's is for the Chrysler / Valiant / Dodge A bodies

These kick panels should fit all 1970 thru 1976 Mopar A bodies, Dart, Duster, Demon, Valiant, Scamp, etc, and may fit others Mopar A Body 2-4 door vehicles,

They are directly taken off the factory abs plastic originals numbered 1-2663128-RT & 2-2663129-LT So Please Check your vehicle for application but if it has these part numbers on your originals these will fit it!

69-70 VF-VG Valiant Hardtop Coupe

67-69 Plymouth Barracuda

67-76 Dodge Dart

73-76 Dodge Dart Sport

71-72 Dodge Demon

70-76 Plymouth Duster

72-76 Plymouth Scamp

69-76 Dodge Swinger

67-76 Plymouth Valiant

These are Speaker Pod Kickpanels

No cutting, No hassles & Your Choice of nearly any 6 - 6.5" Speaker, unlike others that dictate you being stuck with an (expensive to upgrade) 4x6" speaker!

Great Sound with minimal effort for your Classic Mopar, and at a Great Price!

These are ready to go for 6" but most 6.5" speakers will fit (please check) as we designed them to fit a universal type 6"- 6.5" speaker between these pods & Quality speakers anyone can have decent sound (from the front where it's supposed to be!) Without cutting ANY metal of your Pride & Joy(s) THESE FIT in using the original mounting holes on both sides.

Installation can be done in as little as 20mins! Each speaker pod has a Precision cut 5" / 127mm hole.. These are Pre cut to save YOU both Hassles & time! (If you need / desire a set without the holes pre cut please let us know!)

These pods are hand laid & are approx 4mm thick they're stronger, & better looking than the originals But just like the originals have been designed with some flex to let them take to odd unforeseen punt!

You can easily color match these to your interior / exterior colour. If black ain't your thing as we can also supply them in White Gelcoat instead of the black.

Cost is $70 USD a pair + $22usd postage / handling to anywhere in the USA / Canada / World (they will be sent wrapped very securely to ensure that they arrive safe & sound for you!) & the usual Air Mail delivery time is 6-10 business days (the longest we've had was 12 to Ontario)

Payments from outside Australia unfortunately can only currently be made via paypal, but with using their E-check system allows you to pay them via US / Canadian postal money order / check etc...

Email: sales@gprsmopars.com

BTW Thanks Doug & Dan & Chuck for the use of the site for the plug..

Cheers Nev & Kevin

Wish something like this was available or could be constructed to fit the 63-66 A Bodies.

Yep, a '63-'66 (AP5-VC, in Australia) set would be great — me, I'd like to see a '60-'62 (R & S) set as well!

Guys they are both currently in construction & should be launched by the end of this month we've also got reproduction fibreglass headlight rings for the AP5-6 (63-65) coming out too in the next week..

We basically got tired of seeing butchered door trims & pillars cut up so after seeing there was nothing on the market we've taken the initiative & gone & done / doing them..

So yeah they're coming!! :D

You may want to make the hole size optional.........

None of the 6.5" speakers I have would fit in a 5" hole flush.

I have 142mm, 137mm and 130 mm(don't have this one, but have the specs because the owners manual has specs for various models)

In the US, common speaker sizes are 5.25, then 6.5; generally don't have 6"

Yeah we thought about this when we did them & figured it's easier for someone to just trim a few mm via jigsaw than to try & cut the hole themselves initially, the problem with cutting holes to suit everyone without it taking a heap of time or having it stuff up with the customer then (rightly so) after our blood..

But I hear ya so we'll look into getting a few more size's re hole saws as the next one up is 5.5" which is smack on 140mm so if we give them the option at least its only a few mm out either way..
Cheers for that.
Nev

Yes they'll be done & launched asap & may I suggest for both sets of the early ones some slim basket type speakers as there's not alot of room for any real sized magnets but we found out last week Pioneer make a few sets of 42 & 44mm mounting depth (the pods are 38mm) 6.5's & at $50 & $80 usd rrp they're pretty much perfect for these earlier applications where the factory cut out space is at a premium.

I can't find them listed on their website but even if they do have them you will possibly have a problem making them work. The Aussie cars are right hand drive with a center lever E-brake while US cars are left hand drive with a foot pedal operated E-brake. There is very limited space between the kick panel surface and the pedal.

I've toyed with trying to adapt the hand-pull type of later models or installing a lever on the driveline tunnel.
