Is the Elgine pro-stock HV EM-66HV really a high volume pump or is it a gimick? |

By the numbers, it is a high volume pump. A high volume pump is not necessary on a slant in good to fair condition. If the engine is in bad enough shape to require the HV pump, you might as well repair it. |
